MICRODOLLY was on location in Seattle, WA with Director of Photography Barry Gregg.
"This is a production still from "Vital Force", the sci-fi feature we just wrapped for Director J.A. Forbes," said Gregg. "The shot shows 1st A.C. Ryan Pearson with the new Red One 4k camera on our MICRODOLLY JIB. We mounted the Red camera to the JIB with a fluid head set 90 degrees sideways. This allowed us to smoothly dutch the camera as the JIB moved up and down."
It did a great job of giving our space ship set the illusion of weightless flight," concluded Gregg.
